Australian Stone Quarries (ASQ) is a private company that operate's from two quarries, both situated approx 200km's West of Brisbane near Yangan.

Our Brisbane Sandstone Quarry and Processing Facility was established in 2001, and our Yangan Quarry shortly after.

These two quarries are only 15 kilometers apart and produce a light brown and dark brown sandstone with extraordinary banding and veins. Our sandstone has proven to be a rare "consistency colour and grade", with approximately 200 years of reserves, which is secured on a rare freehold title.

We pride ourselves in delivering a stunning product to the market place with high levels of quality control at affordable prices.

With correct application you will enjoy adding extra value to an investment in building and design in both domestic and commercial projects.

Most of our sandstone is extracted from our quarries in three forms:-

• Export Blocks - AA Grade at an average size of 2.5 cubic meters each block, for the production in a Chinese factory
of beautiful Sandstone Pavers, Tiles and Cladding.

For internal/external wall and floor tiles, building panels, colonial bricks, pavers, counter tops, landscaping
materials and ornaments.

• Sandstone Blocks - A Grade Sandstone Blocks for retaining walls in the Australian market

• Random Boulders< - for retaining walls and landscaping features in the Australian market.
